This is my (
joecarnahan's) separate workout journal. I've been including records of my workouts in my main journal, but I thought that creating a separate journal might give me a bit more of an incentive to actually fill in a few entries. I'll still link to this journal from my main journal when I have a particularly good or bad workout, of course, but I still like the idea of having separate journals for certain regular activities like this.
As for what I actually do: I'm more-or-less alternating between weight-training and running these days, with weight-training workout itself alternating between days of
ando, and any bad ideas almost certainly come either from my own stubbornness or lazyness.

- Stiff-legged deadlifts
- Overhead presses
- Pulldowns
- I'm a wuss when it comes to bad weather, and
- it helps me track my progress more easily.
